How can we improve Strides?

In calendar view, "grey out" days where the task is NOT scheduled

I would be helpful, in the calendar view, to see days that are not planned. Perhaps you can put a grey circle (similar to the green and red circles) over days where the habit is not needed... for example I have a habit that doesn't apply on Tuesdays and Thursdays... if would be helpful to see grey circles over all Tuesdays and Thursdays in the month.

I would love to see this as well. I have goals for week days and would like to see my goal streak continue each week, without it showing the weekend as a missed day. Thanks!

Absolutely necessary. Not all habits are daily (e.g. weekly accounting). Treating them as such and then showing them as not completed when not logged daily is subtly discouraging and undermines the effectiveness of this app.

I assumed this function was included given how basic it is. Had I known it wasn’t, I wouldn’t have paid for an annual subscription. Way of Life is a fraction of the cost of your app and allows the user to set which days of the week the action should be completed.

I’ll give Strides a try since I’m out the money for the subscription anyway. But, I’ve set myself a reminder to cancel at the end of the year if this simple function is not added. It still boggles my mind that you would try to force a daily schedule for every habit one is trying to achieve. Decidedly not user-friendly.

I run a 5k park run every Saturday morning. I’m at 10 of my goal of 50. I need to log once a week and have the percentages calculate correctly based on activity being done once a week and not daily as it currently assumes

This would be great. Way of a life has this where you can set days where the habit isn’t tracked, and those days are not counted against your streak.
