Make it easier or automatic to add notes
I like to add notes to many of my trackers. It would be great if I could default to requesting or even requiring notes be added to the input panel that pops up.
I know that it is possible to hit the note icon, type something, go back, and then record. It is a lot of tapping on small target areas to make this happen. It would be great to see the notes blank automatically if it is a tracker that is configured to request/require notes.
The Daily Goals view shows a notes icon next to each tracker in the Done section, so it’s easy to add a note after logging. Creating prompts is a cool idea but would require significantly more setup and dev support.

I was just about to ask for this! I second what was said about tapping around a lot of small areas, and this is a hastle for me as a blind, VoiceOver user. I think the notes feature is a rather underrated but incredibly valuable feature of this app.
