ADD NOTES to tracking!
I'm really shocked this isn't already included. Strides is about data everyone knows outliers can really mess w/ the overall picture. If I don't meet a goal on a particular week, I want to be able to make a note on it like, "was sick" or "waiting on Jon, next time have backup person", etc.
There are so many times I've wanted to put a note on some data or graph to help me explain it that I've taken to keeping screen shots and sharing on iCloud photo sharing so I can use "comments" as a way to keep notes. That shouldn't be necessary.
For comparison, see exercise and heart rate trackers that allow notes on data points.

I added a comment about this in the categories. The eternity apps "start activity" dialog is a good example where you can add tags (what books you read) and a note such as: I read 40 pages.

Feature is already there. You press the speech bubble icon to add a note to the log entry.

YES!! Please do this!! Asap! So valuable!!
If we can't know WHY a goal was met or not met, we cannot improve!!
