  1. Apple Watch app

Improvements: Same Today view as the iOS app and complications to quickly see how many trackers there are left to log from the Watch's home screen, and to open the app with a tap.

  2. iOS 12: Integrate with Siri Shortcut

The new iOS 12 has been announced and I envision how this app can be part of this!

Now that Apple is pushing forward with simple voice command, how about allowing user to set command to initiate key habits? Or to count Number or set progress Goal? This can be on either iPhone or Apple Watch

    For example:
-Say, “I drank X glass of water” would add X glass of water drank (habit)
-Say, “I went to the gym” and it would act as “Yes” to your gym tracker (habit)
-Say , “I finished meditating” would count as +1 to…

Strides now has Siri Shortcuts, so you can set a custom phrase to mark a Habit as done with your voice. :)

We’re hoping Apple will add support for numerical input in iOS 13, which would allow us to add support for logging goal with Siri too.

  3. Look and feel and dashboard improvements please, please!

    Hello,

I can't find an email address for you so am posting here. Have just taken out a 1-month subscription and want to take out a yearly one. But two things are stopping me:

    1. Dark Mode: you say that this was designed back in November but that you are waiting until the release of ios13. Can I ask why you would wait so long? Dark Mode is imperative and clearly one of the most requested features. Will you be releasing it before September? If not, I might be forced back to Habitify...and your app is much better in many…

Marking as completed since Dark Mode & Progress Reports ideas were already submitted, and I can’t merge one idea into two existing ones.

If you need anything else, don’t hesitate to reach out through the Feedback view. Thanks!

  4. Dashboard

Aggregated view of all goals into a “dashboard” like overview

Thanks for reaching out! The Dashboard tab shows where you’re are on all of your goals & habits in one place. In a future update, it will include more reports showing how you’ve been by week, month, year, etc.

Best of luck with all your goals & habits!

  5. Repeating Tasks

Tasks that need to be done at a predictable interval with a repeating due date. These would only show up to be due when you are on (or near - defined by user) the due date.

Once the task is completed or marked not done, a new one will be scheduled at the interval out.

    Examples:
Pay rent on the first of the month
Pay credit card by 17th of the month
Take out trash bi-weekly on Friday’s
    Call brother on his birthday
Set up haircut appointment every 2 months

  6. Ability to categorize type of entries, ie. daily habit, weekly habit, project with end dates, etc.

It would be great if you can customize how these would show, either being completely customizable or at least the option to separate habits from projects. Colour coding could help and sorting them together. I find that my projects get lost in the mix of my habit based entries.

Thanks for reaching out! You can group and organize your trackers any way you’d like with the Tags & Filters feature.

I’ll talk through the color coding idea with the team. Thanks for the feedback!

  10. Time Stamp Feature.

When you complete a task, it puts a little time and date completed next to it. This would be good for medications, workouts, meditation, and other stuff you want to condition yourself to doing at a certain time of day. Not just the REMINDER, function; which is a stupid way to keep track of task timing.

It also can be used to go back and see at what times if day you tend to do certain things. I k ow a lot of people do this.

It sucks having to put a not in every time you complete a task…

The app already includes a timestamp for every log, automatically set to the minute you log, shown on the left side of the History table.

We’re also planning to update the History view down the road, which will allow editing the timestamp.

Best of luck with all your goals & habits!

  11. Blood pressure: 120/80

Blood pressure. I would like to measure 120/80 as a goal to beat. Right now I’m just putting in the 120 but would have to set up a second goal for 80.

  12. Seek for some basic features

    Hi,
    1-search?
    2-location reminder?
3-copy text outside stride and possibility to paste it inside?
4-visuality of each habit field in more than one line?

    Regards

  13. Secure with FaceID

It would be helpful to have the option to secure the app with FaceID to protect personal information.

  14. Timezones? I'm not in the U.S.

I'm in Australia and the product appears to not be timezone aware. Is this a feature you will be adding?

  15. Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Year Goal

I’m setting up this app as an income goal tracker and my pay is 100% commission so it fluctuates everyday. I currently set up my tracker as a yearly goal but would like it to break it down into shorter time frames. You know what they say, “How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time”.

It is probably easier if I show you what I’m trying to achieve.

    Current setup:

    2019 Income Goal

    Year - $520,000

Would like to add the following:

    Quarter - $173,000
    Monthly - $43,334
    Weekly - $10,000
    Daily - $2,000 or $1,667 (Based…

Thanks for reaching out! You can do something very similar to this with a Target tracker. It will break down the full year’s goal into quarters in the progress bar at the top, and, depending on how often you want to log, it will automatically calculate the Daily/Weekly/Monthly Goal for you.

    Hope that helps!

  16. When to log

I might not quite understand this particular feature. For example, I want to go to movies once a week and call someone once a month, and don’t want it to be “due” everyday, but when I choose “Week” or “Month” in “When to log”, it shows it to me on a random day and then if I don’t complete it on that day, it doesn’t show up again..

I’d like to have tasks like these (weekly/monthly) appear everyday on my list, but not affect the day’s % if task is not done until the period (week or month) is over.

Thanks for reaching out! When to Log determines when the trackers shows up on the Today view.

If you choose Every X Weeks/Months, it’s not random, it repeats from the Start Date, which can be set to any date you want.

If you want them to show up every day, set When to Log to every day, and it will show up so you can log yes or no each day, and it will show up again tomorrow…unless your weekly/monthly goal is already achieved, in which case it won’t show up again until the next week/month.

Best of luck with all your goals & habits!

  17. Highlight target goal days in calendar

Shade or highlight the days in the calendar where you target completing goals. For instance if targeting goal
To be one in Monday Wednesday Friday, highlight those target days to show if complete or not. Not just a goal for “complete 3 days a week”

  18. Longer entries

There can be a section that you can do entries in words. This can be used for exercise logs, food entries, and little journal entries.

  20. Exact start and end hours for target number goals

I often want to track my progress of something within a few hours on the same day, or sometimes I want to track for something that starts and ends at different hours on different days. For example, there can be an event I want to track progress for that starts at 6pm on a Tuesday and ends at 2pm on a Saturday. I find having the progress bar start and end at midnight not specific enough for many of the things I want to track my progress for.
