    I have another example. I want to lose 15kgs body weight but I don't want to do all of it at once. That's painful. Instead, I want to lose 3 kgs over several weeks and then go into a hold pattern for several weeks. Then lose 3 more and then hold. And so on. During the drop weeks, I want to see my weight dropping. During my hold weeks, I want to maintain my average weight.
