Totally agree! Make it a user preference which tab is selected by default when the user Launches the app. I too prefer the dashboard, mainly because it gives me a nice top level overview of my progress and helps me see the big picture first, before I drill into the details of what I (still) need to do today.Anonymous supported this idea ·
It’s great to see this one getting so much interest! We’ve designed a new tracker type specifically for breaking big goals down into small steps, and we’ll release it as soon as we’re able. Thanks for your patience. Have a great day!
I saw the milestone feature and so far I like its simplicity - well done!
Now that Apple’s WWDC is over, I can confidently say that we’ll be building a Strides Mac app. :)
Also disappointed that the web app is going away. The future is web apps - both on desktop and mobile. Forget long release cycles, annoying app review process, wasted money to Apple (pass your savings on to your customers), and requiring a particular device or OS. I don't see any reason why this app needs to be native. I want to be able to access and manage my stuff on any device. I suppose, as a Mac user, a Mac app should do the trick, but a web app and browser extension would be so much better.
