I’d like to grade an event when it happens. Ie: when I eat, how healthy was it? Without having to know in advance how many times I might eat in a day.

Hi Carla,
Cool idea! For this goal, I’d recommend using a custom Average tracker, which will let you enter a number (e.g. 1-10 grading scale) and show the average over time, along with streaks and success rate.
