Option in settings to show 10k or above as 10,000 and above
Give option in settings to show number values instead of 10k, 20k, 30k, etc., have an option to show 10,000, 20,000, etc.

We show the full number wherever it fits, but it’d be too much to add a setting for this much precision with large numbers.
