Widget app should be able to tick off habits
The widget app shouldn’t have to take me to the actually app to tick off a habit, it should allow me to tick the habit off on the widget. Previously, the widget could do that but since to update, the widget has changed and it’s not very useful
Looks like you guys figured this one out. Unfortunately this was a change in iOS 14 that we can’t change on our end, but the old iOS 13 widgets are sticking around.

I just restarted my phone and once again I see the old widget. 😍😍😍@Edison try shutting down your device and searching under customize when editing the widgets. Hope that works. Now to see how long IOS can keep it alive.

I was afraid this was going to happen after seeing other apps do this. I also considered sending an e-mail advising to keep the old widget but seeing that updates after IOS14 didn’t remove it, I never wrote. Now I’m here regreting having updated the app. Glad to see Strides keeping up with the times Kyle, but Apple... yeah. Besides the interactivity, I really loved how the transparent widget blended with my wallpaper.I was told that Apple isn’t enabling interactivity on widgets anymore, that’s why they work as links basically, but Todoist (a task list app) managed to add the new widgets, but also kept the interactive one under the personalize/customize section of the widget edit screen. I really hope Strides can consider this feature. I could write to Todoist and see if they can share how they kept the interactive widget if needed.
