Thanks for reaching out! The Due Now filter is set up to automatically filter out future routines. I haven't heard of that not working otherwise, so give that a shot by tapping the filters icon in the top right of the Due tab, then Due Now, and let me know if you still see trackers with the Evening routine before the Evening Start Time you have set in Manage Routines.
