Reminders based on Pace
Say your goal is to practice yoga on average 3 times per week. When you get 3/7ths of the way through your week, if you haven't logged a yoga session then you get a notification saying "you need to do some yoga in order to keep up!", but if you have already logged a yoga session then you don't get a notification. Essentially you can then focus on avoiding getting notifications by keeping ahead of your habits.
Check out Waterlogged for a simple example.

I really like this idea of the app telling me I NEED to do a task today in order to hit my goal - such as goals that I have setup 3x per week and have been lazy early in the week and now need to do it the next 3 days before the week is over. Thanks!

I was hoping this app already had this feature. Essentially a way to nag you when it's clear you're falling behind.

Currently, if my goal is 3 times per week, I still get notifications even though I completed them, and that's annoying, so I like this idea.

I hate getting notifications (or any interruption), so logging to pre-empt them would be motivational.
