Log time in hr/min
I have a few tasks where I need to track time. For example playing the piano. I I have a goal of 2 hours a week, and at the moment all I can do it count by minutes then do math to figure out 120 means 2 hours. This get more unweildy when I have a goal of 15-20 for something. It would be nice to be able to set a goal as a unit of Time, then add as units of time.
Planning to release this feature after Accountability (sharing goals and habits with other people). Working on designs for time tracking in the meantime. Thanks for your patience. Have a great day!

On a slightly unrelated note, something like FocusNow's plant farm to avoid distraction while working on the task with said timer would be a really cute idea--maybe make it optional to choose different kinds of rewards, like kittens, or stars, something you plan to buy, etc.

So happy to this is planned
Most of my goals are time based
As leaving the house on time determines weather or not I can get to the gym at the end of my day before going homeLike the other comment I use a separate app to convert time to a number .. like 9:50 .. = 9.83
But then as I'm reviewing my progress you have to then think about your actual average time result .. what time is 9.37 (well it's 9:22)
Thanks

I'm tracking my progress toward being able to run a 6 minute mile and this would be very helpful!

It's exactly my case too. I use Soulver to convert time and it's an annoying extra step.

Yes, adding "do by a certain time" feature would be a HUGE improvement for me. Daily habits especially morning habits need to have a time deadline (both in the app and consciously in my mind) - otherwise they can start to build up!! And having a deadline ensures they get done rather than pushed to the end of the day, and then skipped due to becoming too tired / having to many things left in the list. (Eg - meditate daily in the morning needs a deadline "by 10am")
It would be great to see a graph to be able to plot ideal time vs deadline (eg meditate daily in the morning - ideal time 7.30am, deadline by 10am)
This would be one of my top missing features of a truly effective habit logging / changing / creating app.

I am tracking several specific time goals
Having to convert time to fractions or 9:30 is 9.5
Is extra workI rarely update these items at the exact point in time .. and I want to see my progress to reaching time goals .. like go to bed at 11:00 pm
Please review track n share
That app allows entering timesThanks

I would like for you to add a timer. So now I would already have a start reminder and an end reminder and at the end I click if I accomplished the habit or not.

Yes! My use case: I want to track arrival times at the office in the morning. Right now I have it binary (Arrive by 9:30 am - yes/no) but I'd love to record the actual arrival time daily and see progress in charts over time.

Or let say you want to leave at 8:00am everyday on average you could input a time based item

Gives the option to add a "complete before 07:00" or "between 07:00 and 09:00" as a factor on whether you not just complete the task but complete it by the time you intended.
Would be great for all morning and evening tasks as an example.Even if the history shows completion time it would be nice to see it visually how often you completed the task as actually intended and how far off your completion time is from what you intended.
Would for example be very useful for following all kinds of diets where eating time is important.
If a task is completed you could graph how far off each completion is from the time you intended to have it done, the tasks target time.
Thanks and have a great day! -

I use other app for this but it's for sure better to be included.
Suppose someone would like to spend an hour every day for doing a certain job. Or to spend 5 hours a week or a month on doing something.
This feature is highly needed.

Yes, please! Keep forgetting to convert minutes to decimal and therefore tracking not accurate.

I'd prefer a Toggl integration.

it'd be great if when you tick of a goal it was also possible to add in an amount of time so you can track building up times of activities.

Yea, this would make logging sleep and other time-based goals much easier.

100% with you!
I have 2 things that I want to make for some hours/day and I hate to need to calculate it in decimal. -

For instance, if I wanted to track how many times I worked out AND how much time I spent working out. Just basically count the number of logs in a given period (ie each week or month).
