Track habits that I want to do 3 times a week, but within the day, I can mark them multiple times.
For example, I want to meditate 3 times a week for 10 minutes at least. However, I want to definitely mediate 3 times a week. If I set it as a habit at the moment, then I could do 30 minutes in one session, and then mark the habit 3 times, and am done for the week. But that is not what I want to do. I want to have a minimum goal of 10 minutes (to make it easy on myself) but when I do more than that, I want to track that, too.
After you’ve reached your goal for the week you can continue logging by swiping right from the Done section on Today, or from the Reports tab. We’re also adding a new feature that will make it easier to do this soon.

I agree with this, this is a feature in a number of other apps (like Habit Tracker). You can set a number of times you want to accomplish something per day (like 30 minutes of exercise per day), but they specify how many times per week (or month) you want to accomplish that (e.g. 4 days a week).
Strides is so close to being the best, but this feature is key in my mind. I don't want to have to work out every single day, I also don't want to set a 30 * 4 = 120 minute goal for the week so that a 45 minute workout today means I workout less another day. So far I cannot see any way to accomplish working out 30 minutes per day (and tracking the time per day) 4 days per week without specifying exactly the days to workout (which I also don't want).

You could use the project typ. 3 milestones with each 30min meditation. Milestones can be tracked by 0-100% Style. Is u just meditate 15min u could choose 50%. Math is your friend.

YES. I currently have this issue with multiple apps and thus keep trying new ones. I have a goal to avoid alcohol completely once a week however I often do this multiple times a week and instead of having this goal disappear from my habits up on completing it for the first time in a given week I’d like it to be available to potentially be ticked every day. I can’t believe this suggestion doesn’t have more votes!
