Use specific tags to search within Archive Bucket
Request: the ability to search for a specific task, by one of its original tags, once moved to the Archived bucket.
The ability to archive, rather than delete, inactive trackers to is great. Thank you for that.
This enables two buckets: active (default) and archived.
I’m a “power user” and would love the ability to easily find and move a tracker from the archive bucket to the active bucket. More specifically, I like keeping templates in the archived bucket and then using a custom template to create to create a new tracker for the active bucket.
Currently, when a tracker goes to the archive bucket it can no longer be found using its original tags.
There are several ways this could happen:
(1) Currently you have one bucket (default active) within which we can search for tasks based on a tag. One way to accomplish this request is to create 2-3 (total) buckets for trackers: 1. Active, 2. Archived, 3. Template. Although not specifically in request, the same system could apply.
(2) Enable a Boolean search for trackers: “exercise AND archive” or similar. This sort of search can be applied to work beyond looking for a tracker within a bucket.
(3) Some other way that’s easier? Based on the improvement you’ve made, recently, this feels like a natural extension.
