I would like the option to pull weight and body fat data from apple health. I have a goal to reach a certain weight by the end of the year and I’m using strides to track my pace (not really a habit true but I like seeing if I’m ahead or behind schedule). Right now I have to manually enter my weight every day.

Hi Kyle,
I listed most of the critical ones for me. These are the basic measures used for monitoring health & fitness:
- Body Fat Percentage
- Body Mass Index (BMI)
- Cardio Fitness (VO2 Max)
- Weight
- Waist Circumference
- Dietary Energy (Calories consumed)Others may want to track other items, such as:
- Sugar
- Fibre
- Protein
- Saturated Fat
- Sodium
- Total FatMost of these are auto-populated into Apple HealthKit by 3rd party apps or by Apple Fitness, so should be easy to extract.
