Alerts should only alarm if I haven't already recorded something that day

I often log activities before my reminder alert is scheduled to alarm. The app still notifies me even though I have already recorded the info for the day.

    Hope this also fixes a problem I'm having where I'm getting multiple reminders for one goal. I set it to remind me at, say, 8am, and 24 hours later it has 3-4 reminders set on the same goal for 8am. They keep duplicating no matter how many times I delete them.

    Also, at the moment you get reminders today for goals with a future starting date (not sure this has been mentioned before)

    Please, please work on this feature. I enjoy this app and it is motivating me but I don't get the satisfaction of completing a task because of reminder setup. If I complete a task before my reminder alarm the app treats it as unfinished. Very disheartening.
