Fix sync
Syncing from the website is not happening. I vote for this feature.
So sorry if you saw any issues with syncing. We were getting 1,000’s of signups all at once which caused server issues, so we upgraded everything to prevent this going forward.
You should be able to use it without these issues now. Thanks for your patience, and have a great day!

I subscribed to Strides Plus today, but it is not syncing with the website when I open it on my laptop. Also, the phone app recognizes my premium subscription, but still does not let me create folders. Please fix this. Thanks

This app loses data very easily. I restored my iPhone and all ALL my data was lost.

Even worse: while initial sync worked fine, as of now it is only inconsistently happening, sometimes duplicates items (and thus made me prune several months of activity data by hand twice today), eventually does not remove deleted items, and consequently crashes Strides on my iPhone before sync has finished (neither closing the app from the task manager nor restarting the phone helps). Which renders this fine app next to unusable (luckily it still works on my iPad). BUMMER.
Please enable database backup (on the device) and emergency replacement and rollback as long as sync is not implemented really safely!
