    Hi Christopher,

    No problem, to do that:

    - Tap the tracker on the Dashboard
    - Tap the Settings icon in the bottom right
    - Tap Alerts
    - Log Days: Choose “Weekdays”
    - Select the days of the week you want alerts
    - Choose the time(s) to get alerts on those days

    Go Bucks!
    Kyle

  4. Limits as well as goals.

This app is great. If there was a way when setting up a tracker to define is as a limit (not just s goal) the app could be used for tracking things you're trying to limit doing.

    For example.
"Running" would be a goal based tracker set up for twice a week.
"Beer" would be a limit based tracker set up for three a week.
"Coffee" would be a limit based tracker set up for once a day.

Thanks Nima! Really glad you’re enjoying Strides. :)

Great timing too! We just released a big update to Habit trackers with a Bad Habit setting.

When you turn Bad Habit ON, it will set the “Goal” amount as a limit just like you suggested, reversing all the charts automatically for you.

If you’d rather track an average number than how many times you do something in a time period (Habit), you can do something similar with the Average tracker by turning Lower Better ON.

    Have a great week!
    Kyle

  5. Allow Someone to Reset Password if Forgotten

If you have forgotten your password, there needs to be forgot password button you can press. Then it will ask for your email address and send you a link where you can reset password. This is needed as I have forgotten my password to use the Strides app.

  7. AMOUNT / Day

So, it's like a piggy bank that you add to through the day with a set daily goal, but doesn't add day to day. Ex. 100g protein intake per day, 100 oz. of water per day. I have not had success with the current templates to do this.

    Hi, thanks for reaching out!

No problem, Strides can do this for you with an Average tracker set up as Goal: 100, Time Period: Daily.

This will add up each log throughout the day, then keep track of your Daily Average over time.

    Have a great day!
    Kyle

  8. Apple Watch App

Getting alerts and the ability to quickly reply "Yes" or "No" to my habits like drinking water and going for a run.

  9. Make the chart renew for every week.

Make the chart for your goals renew every week. Next allow users to access weeks before to see if they are/are not changing and meeting their goals. If they are not changing and meeting some/any of their goals suggest ways to improve meeting any/all of the goals that are not being met.

  10. Project Ordering

After creating milestones for a certain project, they all show up out of order when going to mark them as complete or when viewing them in the main interface. For some projects this is fine, but I like putting my milestones in order from first to last, and having them randomized is annoying.

In the code, they’re sorted by their Start Dates (sooner to later). We’re looking into this in case it’s a bug, we haven’t been able to replicate any issues with it yet. If we do, we’ll get it fixed!

  12. Check passed days as Yes

Allow setting yes to a day retroactively so new users can include what they have kept track of outside Strides.

  13. Red tracker bar for bad habits

After checking in for a bad habit, it looks like I've achieved something right now because the bar is still green. If you make the bar red, I'll be reminded of my mistake all day!

  14. Allow form number entry as well as click for habit building entries

I have not found a way to enter a simple number when adding values to habit building entries. For example, I have a goal set to do, say, 300 jumping jacks per week and want to enter the amount I have done per day without clicking the check mark each time. I do not want to see this as an average. It would be awesome to have a "click" for one and a "number entry field" for more than one.

The Average tracker would be perfect for your “300 jumping jacks per week” goal. It’s exactly like the Habit tracker, but designed specifically for tracking quantities per time period, as opposed to how many times you do something.

  15. Correct goals disappear

    I have an iphone 5
My goals and habbits, The main text disappears from time to time. It makes this app useless.
Please correct as fast as possible

  16. Simple countdown timer & display

It would be nice to have a countdown timer. A simple goal tracker where all you have to enter the end day and it calculates days remaining. Even better if theres an option to set one of this type of 'goal' as the primary and have the number of days remaining displayed on the face of the app icon and changes automatically day-to-day so you don't have to open the app to check days remaining for your primary 'target' date.

Thanks Matt! We’re planning on adding a countdown timer feature to the Target tracker that I think will help with this. Have a great day!

Update: Daily Goal feature was released in v3.2.

  17. Bar graph should adjust daily.

The bar graph is constant regardless of the number per day. It would be nice to see a monthly summary of the most actives days in a week and record day per month.

  18. Visual widget showing the progress

Visual diagram showing the progress can be a strong motivator itself. I wish there is a widget showing how close I am to the goal I've set.

  20. Categorize

I would love to be able to categorize my goals. Put my physical goals in a bucket, my spiritual goals, mental goals etc.

I would also like to categorize them by daily goals, weekly goals, monthly, etc.
Hoping this will be included with the next version since you're looking at priorities and sorting functions. Thanks
