Journal: Daily Success Log
Productivity coaches such as Jason Selk and others recommend creating a daily success log in which a person records what went well during the day, what can be improved upon, and an action that can be taken toward improvement. You can kind of set something like that up, but only by using notes and kludging it a bit. Being able to create free form questions as a template and recording brief answers would be awesome. It would be an excellent addition to the app.

This is somewhat equivalent to my recommendation of accomplishment tracking like in the 3 Wins app.
Something super easy to enter and track individual accomplishments, but something more than just a text log.

Question as of 10/10/19: How would this be different from the comments area that already exists for each entry?

Add an option to add comments each time you tick off a habit ie per day or whatever the frequency is set to. Collage these comments in a habit journal and provide the option to add comments to t whenever you like.

İ want to write some notes about each day. For ex i want to know in which condition i couldnt "get up early"
