Apple Watch app
Improvements: Same Today view as the iOS app and complications to quickly see how many trackers there are left to log from the Watch's home screen, and to open the app with a tap.

Complication for Apple Watch series 4 would make strides perfect!

I'm in the process of trying a few habit trackers apps. My biggest issue with this one is that there is no way to undo tasks from the watch.
For example, if I check off "eat vitamins" accidentally by selecting "Yes", its count goes up to 1. If I tap it again and choose "No" to undo that, nothing happens. This is partly an issue with how Strides handles yes/no tasks, but I could work around that if the watch app displayed "Yes"/"Undo" instead.

Also I don't have the latest watch, but the Series 3 which doesn't support the latest watch faces for some reason. Does the strides complication only support those? If so, please just add at least a simple shortcut to the app as an complication for older apple watch devices

I tried reinstalling but the Strides complication that I'm pretty sure I saw listed in an update recently, it just doesn't show up.
Is it required to have a subscription for this?

The amazing App, but it is inconvenient to use on Apple Watch without quick start button.

Streaks does this very well. Need to be able to instantly check things off.

+++1 on this. Would be great to have a variety of complications options:
1. a "master" complication that (1) displays count of due items and (2) simply launches to the today list.
2. a complication for each item, with its completion info displayed and increments on press. -

I’ve seen some forum posts on a planned feature for adding a complication, but those were a few years ago now.
Please add this feature! Almost every other habit tracker has this now, and it would really help Strides keep up. Such a great interface and application, would be further enhanced by adding a complication to watchOS.

Yes, would love an Apple Watch complication so I can quickly tap to bring up the screen currently available on the Watch. I happy with the current layout when you pick Strides from among the various apps. Adding the complication would just give me quicker access to my list of habit trackers.

Having the iPhone widget and Apple Watch complication would make this app seamless across devices!!

Just discovered Strides, it’s really cool and useful, especially to keep track of my hours of work as a sound engineer (in France, when you’re passed a certain hour goal each year, you gain a specific professional status)
It could be handy to have an Apple Watch complication to quickly check the state of an important tracker at a glance in the form of an activity-like circle for the smallest complications or a gauge on the lower section of analog or Mickey Mouse faces, for example :)I know it has already been discussed but I wanted to up this feature request because it would really make a difference, along with a widget for Strides ;)

Perfect idea for people who are managing a lot of habits!

It's great that Strides has implemented an Apple Watch app.
However It's currently not efficient to use in the dashboard view.
I'd like to have an option to display the Watch app in Today view. Only showing those habits which are due today and still require logging.

I would like the complication to display a number of habits to record that day. I like the Workflow-style suggestion for going through my list.

This would definitely get me to use strides more. The sense of progress through out the day as you complete your habits is super valuable.

Make a native glance view for watch users to quickly see strides and current status for logging.

Look at how Workflow App does their complication. It allows you to scroll thru the available workflows by rotating the Digital Crown. I would love to be able to scroll thru all my stride goals by turning the Digital Crown, then taping on the one that I want to log something for. This allows me to not have to leave the watch face to log something. This is way better and one less tap than using a glance.

Completely agree with the above, a complication, especially a smart one I could scroll thru the different items with the Digital Crown, would be killer.

love Strides. have tried basically everything out there. Coach.Me and Goal Streaks are prob my 2 faves after Strides for the community and calendar view, respectively.
1 thing that would really put Strides leagues ahead is a real Complication view on the Watch. most apps now have native or non-native apps. most have Glances... but few have Complications (micro-views // -input areas from the actual Watch Face).
I glance @ my watch prob 100's of times / day. there are 4-6 spots for Complications and only my most core apps // utilities get in there (date, weather, activity, time, cal... and a habit app -- ideally Strides).
