Group trackers by tag
Currently we can view the progress or dashboard of trackers linked to particular tag. This is great help to check if we have done the important tags first.
Similar view or option to group the trackers per tag can be helpful in data entry window too. This way while checking the pending tasks for today , I can check the important tags first and clear them off.
Now you can filter by tag on the Reports tab and the Today tab! We decided to do this instead of grouping with all trackers shown at once, because it’s easier to filter and focus on one tag than to scroll up and down to find separate groups.

I use strides to track my everyday habits and the reminders on my watch have been life changing. I don't work a normal m-f work schedule so if I could filter work and home tags only that would help to improve efficiency. I wouldn't be training myself to ignore notifications.

Similar to what I was thinking. I’d like to be able to have multiple sets of trackers. An example would be a workout section or “Habit Pod.” That way I could have a workout routine with—oh to grab a number—30 different exercises in the repertoire. You could group by muscle group, or classification of exercise, (e.g., weights, cardio, stretching, team sports, etc.), however works. But that way one could have a dedicated workout tracker without having to add 30 possible trackers or exercises to the same system that tracks areas of concern that don’t have as many tiny sub parts.
Compare meditating daily once or twice to tracking numbers of reps and sets of different types of bench press, squats, rows, elliptical minutes, etc. I might do each of my weightlifting exercises once to 3x per week, but I don’t want to have to pay attention to tracking it everyday, along with the non-exercise trackers. Strides could kill it with this use/ application as most workout trackers are horrible.

Either through headings, or being able to filter by tags on the today page

It would be great to use tags as the section headings. I know you can filter by tags but dividing the whole list by grouping them would be helpful

What if there was a “section view” in the dashboard so that not all the habits/goals are not mixed up together? For example, in the dashboard, the first section would be “work” and it would have all the habits for work and then immediately after the section “personal” continues and so forth. That way it would be easy to organize the habits and get an idea which area needs what. This can work with a touch of a button on the top right for example, because it’s still important to see everything together.

Yah, I want to be able to categorize things such as school, personal, etc.

Yes! This would be great for visually separating habits by category/life area.

Be able to group like habits together and create a heading for each category. I know you’re able to add Tags to things, but they don’t show up on the Tracker page.
