Track multiple variables for a single task
So for example, my task is meditation and I want to track not just that I've performed it, but also the length of time that I meditated for and the quality of the meditation and how I felt afterwards.
To have the ability to have multiple custom fields that take a numerical input. Basically a custom form that takes a number.

It almost sounds like you desire compound trackers.
So maybe the feature is about coupling trackers together so several aspects of a goal could be tracked together.
Since there's a note field, why not log the number of minutes in the note and then you could export the data as csv?
As another post noted, and I've noted elsewhere: why not make a budget with "more is better"?
You could see how many times you logged a week, etc...
Keeping things simple will lead to better compliance...

Keep it uncluttered, please.
If you are not able to decide what is most important about a habit, you are doing it wrong. :-)
I am fine with tracking only the key metric and keeping additional information in the now available comments (or recording them in my actual journal).
Considering the given meditation example: you could track meditation time numerically instead of just checking the habit off and commit to at least 45 minutes per week. You will see the frequency of your habit in the log, anyway, so just use your eyes and your brain for good and proper judgment.
If you really MUST give in to OCD tendencies of this kind, have a look at OptimizeMe and Loggr which allow for that. Personally, I do not use them any more. Too much administration always gets in the way of actually *doing*.

Agreed, this would also be useful for health measurements which have more than one variable, e.g. blood pressure has two variables per measurement.

What about the average number tracker? You input numbers into it, and it outputs whether or not you are above your goal average for that month/week/day.

Agree the time element is huge. Meditating 3x week is all well and good but a total of 15 minutes is nothing like a total of 120 minutes but there's no way to document this now for any habits.
