Random alerts asking "are you doing X" now.
If my goal is to to smile all the time, or keep a positive attitude, I'd like to be surveyed to see whether I'm actually doing that.
The alert could just ask, "are you X now", and to dismiss I would touch "yes" or "no". The daily/periodic reports would show my "yes frequency" by day/period.
Psych studies/experiments can operate this way -- asking for attitude or emotion at random times.

I'm a grad student in a class about applied behavior analysis (ABA) and this feature would make Strides an amazing self-management app. It would allow me to easily set up intervals (I'm guessing fixed interval schedules, alerts based on a specific amount of time) and record whether or not I am engaging in the target behavior at the moment. Right now, I have to set individual alerts in order to get the desired intervals, which makes it frustrating to change the intervals if I need to change them. For an example of my request, look at how the app Alarmed! sets up their "DayMinders." They only provide reminders, though, so I can't use it to collect data on myself. Please add this extra feature to the alerts!

Please make this a toggle option. I definitely do not want this.

This would actually be really handy.
