Today mode
Allowing us to switch between two modes: one for today and the other for all. The today mode allows the use to view only the habits scheduled for the given day so that he knows what he has to do for the day and also allows him to see how productive he was for that given day at the end of it. Also a tomorrow preview mode could be implemented as well.
This is currently possible with the Today Filter (Plus feature), and we’re building a new Daily Goals feature that will make this even better.

This would be great. Presently seeing tasks one needs not complete today creates a psychological burden.

This is what I miss from my Productive app. If this could be integrated in Strides (and a calendar view like Habitbull), it would be integrating the best of all apps.

I definitely don't think you should transition into a to-do app.
But allowing some things to disappear or drop to the bottom of the list as you complete daily habits seems pretty essential. Like coach.me for example.

I agree with the other comments. I switched from using the Productivity App because I liked this app's features better in general. But that is one feature I miss a lot. In addition, it broke the day down into three pieces: morning, afternoon, evening. I liked that also.

A daily view showing only tasks requiring attention that day, & filtering out the rest would make this app perfect for me. It would make focusing on what needs to be done a lot easier. Allowing completed tasks to disappear or become grayed out would build further encouragement to complete the list.

For me, the purpose would be to separate daily habits from my weekly/monthly chores and goals that I organize, rather than 1 manual list of everything. Hoping for this update most!!

Todo's would be more than amazing. Not just to do's for that single day but todo's for a specific project / habit you are working on.
Would love that app. Plus I could just be using 1 instead of 3.. -

Yeah 1 time to dos would be great. This could be a 1 stop shop app for everything.

This would almost require a to-do list option, but that feature, if added, would remove be of my need for the Things app, and all of my projects would be in Strides.
Please do it! And add one-time to-dos!
