  1. Custom Routines

    M-A-E is a great idea. Can we stretch it further? There are few Routines that become necessary as the seasons change. We in India have 6 seasons, elsewhere may be 4. Charaka Samhita is a treasure of such Seasonal Routines. May be you may think of adding this option of setting up Seasons (depending on where one lives) and then allow them to setup Routines that are needed to be done during change of such seasons.

  3. When to Log: Monthly Dates

    Let's say I want do a repetitive tasks twice a month but set on chosen days, for example the 10th and the 25h.
    Actually, the "When to log" setting not let me do this.

    It would be nice to add another line : "MonthDays" like the actual "WeekDays" as we can for example set a notification each Tuesday and Wednesday for a weekly habit.

    Would it be possible to extend the "WeekDays" feature to Months by setting a custom date for example a notification each 10th and 25h for a monthly habit. Then we would get notified only those specific…

  5. Allow checklist buttons in Goal Notes

    I already have habits set which are actually mini-routines, for example, “Plant care & Cleaning Routine* ”, with the asterisk indicating there is a checklist of actions in the Goal Notes which I need to complete before I can tick off the habit.

    It would add just that extra layer of smooth functionality if I could add checklist buttons to those lists, ideally with similar functionality to that option in iOS’s native Notes app (i.e. mix of checklist and normal lines possible, option to indent within a list, ticked-off lines automatically shift to bottom of checklist).   6. Ability to track successful attempt

    I would like the ability to track two things in one tracker: attempt and success.

    For example, if I want to track how many times I successfully throw a basket ball into a net, I would want to track my attempt AND whether or not it was successful in one tracker.

    As things currently stand, I could use both the Habit and Target tracker to track the number of attempts and use notes to log the successes but the chart would not show me my success rate - it would only show me my attempt rate. And if I had…

  7. Yes/no Neutral Habit

    Strides is phenomenal for tracking personal data. I’ve started to use it to track one or two pieces of neutral information. For example, how often I find myself in certain situations, or the frequency of other external events that I can partially influence but cannot control. I want to observe the pattern. Yes/no is great for that, but when I fail it will count against my overall target. I wish I could disable any notion of target value and failure. I just want to observe, record, and review the events.

  8. Option to choose swipe direction for bad habit

    I have 12 different habits. Some are bad some are good. The swipe direction still doesn’t feel intuitive to me after 2-3 weeks of use. I read the question line “Sugary snacks” and think “no” and the want to swipe from right to left. “No, I did not eat sugary snacks today.” I suppose I could change the wording to “Avoid Sugary Snacks.” But I wanted to share my first impression of how confusing it felt. I would still love to see an option to invert the swipe direction.

    Add values such as
    Family, Friends, Social Life, Parenting, Relationships
    Finances
    Health & Fitness
    Mental health

    Fortitude, respect, etc
    Add descriptions of each and goals that are relevant to each and why.

  10. Use specific tags to search within Archive Bucket

    Request: the ability to search for a specific task, by one of its original tags, once moved to the Archived bucket.

    The ability to archive, rather than delete, inactive trackers to is great. Thank you for that.

    This enables two buckets: active (default) and archived.

    I’m a “power user” and would love the ability to easily find and move a tracker from the archive bucket to the active bucket. More specifically, I like keeping templates in the archived bucket and then using a custom template to create to create a new tracker for the active bucket.

    Hello,
    Pls add a feature to the reports that always for comparing & viewing performance improvement or decline for each goal from week to week or month to month, right now we can see all the items but can’t compare for each habit over time

  13. Optional Streak information

    As a user, I want to be able to choose whether streak information is shown on the Today page, so that I this app does not impact negatively on my mental health.

    The purpose of using the habit tracker is to make positive changes to my life, however, I find that viewing streak information where targets have not been met adds to lack of self-worth and negative beliefs. I understand that for some people, streak information is vital for encouragement, however this is not the case for all. Opting out of viewing streak information on the Today screen would make…

    Thanks for reaching out! That’s really interesting, I appreciate the feedback. It’s the first I’ve heard it, but it makes sense to me.

    Thinking through it, one thing I wanted to mention is that you can always change the Start Date to not consider past days, or even use the Start Over function, if you have a negative streak. Hope that helps while I think through this option!

  14. Filter tags by “today” or “this week”

    As I have a ton of habits listed (go Strides!), I am looking for an easier why to navigate tags (great tool by the way!). It would be neat if we could click main tag/category the further narrow it by choosing “today” or “next 7 days” to be able to focus in on things that need our attention now to meet goal.

  15. Sort by Pace: Off track at the top

    I have set some of my tasks to encourage myself to do it throughout the day (such as drink 8 glasses of water or log each meal)...it would be wonderful if the order that the tasks would change on overall list so that the more “urgent” (not-on-track-for-the-day goals) were move higher while those that don’t need as much attention shift lower.

  16. Stretch Goals

    I put all of my targets as something I want to realistically achieve everyday to ensure I am meeting my minimum, but I’d like an option to track my normal base routine or a stretch target.

    Base Target Example: Life happens so my baseline is a minimum to workout 3 days/week but under normal life conditions I want to normally workout 4 days a week. 4 is really my base goal.

  17. Allow habits to be tracked at Morning AND Evening

    I would love it if the same habit can be a part of your Morning AND Evening routine. For example, I would like to journal in the Morning and Evening but I can only select one of the routine times. Productive has this feature as well :)

  18. Have to option to disable project end date.

    Not all tracked projects require an end date. They can be open-ended. As such it would be nice to just have a 'open' project that one can complete without worrying about timer running out (obviously I'm aware I can set the date way in to the future)

  19. A referral plan!

    Invite a certain amount of people to the platform and you could potentially receive like a month or something for plus version for free.. I have a lot of friends I would love to refer to this program and already have started telling others! I think it’d be even better incentive to let people recieve more potentially for free

  20. Average: Move to Done when Goal is reached

    I noticed when setting up a habit like "Push-Ups" that if I have a daily goal of say 100, and I log 20 push-ups, then the task is considered as "Done" even though I haven't reached my goal. The same is reflected on the iOS 14 widget. Isn't this a bug? Shouldn't the habit only be considered as Done when I reach my goal of 100?

    Thanks for reaching out! This is not a bug because most Average Per Day goals are only logged once (e.g Sleep) but I totally understand where you’re coming from. So, I’m thinking through a new field called Move to Done that could have a When Goal is Met option for these scenarios. We have to get through a few more updates before we could add this, but I’m planning to add it when we’re able.

    In the meantime, if you log less than your goal for the day you can always swipe right or tap the log icon while it’s in the Done section and tap Add New Log. The app will automatically add all the day’s logs up for you.
